Where are you located?

We are in Woodstock, GA at the intersection of Highway 92 and 575.

What insurance do you take?

We accept Medicaid, including Wellcare and Peachstate.  We are Blue Cross Blue Shield providers.  We will accept and file all other insurance but we recommend you check directly with them to verify your coverage.  Our office staff will be happy to answer any insurance questions and help determine your benefits.

Do I need a referral?

Yes, you may request a referral from your doctor or our staff will assist you in contacting them and getting the appropriate paperwork.

Are you a Babies Can't Wait Provider?

Yes, we are providers for the Cherokee County Babies Can't Wait Program and treat these children birth to 3 years in their natural environment.
